This form of Ayurveda therapy is an ancient Indian holistic treatment that involves pouring a consistent temperature of oil over the head from the Shirodhara pot. The focus is on the third eye area of the forehead. Transverse and horizontal flows are directed by the therapist to cover this area resulting in a blissful treatment.
